It had always been a life long dream to design and build my own home. After a long journey gaining the experiences to be able to accomplish that goal combined with a thirteen year effort and professional evolution the home was compete. The design of the home was influenced by the architecture characteristics you might find in Sedona or even Tuscany.

The conceptual design for a mixed use private student housing project is the culmination of a 10 year vision to combine my experiences as a realtor, architect, contractor and developer to construct a building that will provide student housing, retail and medical office spaces, parking and classroom space.

The interior space was the first project that I designed when I started my design build practice. I was fortunate to be able to get it published in Interior Design Magazine.

The renovation and alterations to the Cape Cod style beach house is located on Long beach Island.
